All orders may be placed directly online. If you have any question(s) regarding a certain item, please contact us at
customercare@emma-avery.com prior to placing an order. Messages will be responded to within 2 to 3 business days, although more typically within a 24-hour period.

Product Availability & Back Orders
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information. In the event that an availability date changes from time of order placed or an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified via phone, e-mail or mail. We regret any inconvenience.

Canceling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order please email us right away. We process orders on the same business day and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
All orders are processed within 2 business days. We use UPS as our carrier. Within the U.S., we offer a choice of Ground (5-7 business days), 2nd Day (2 business days), or Next Day Air (1 business day). All 2nd Day and Next Day Air orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (PST) for same day delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
CANADA
All orders will be shipped through USPS Canada (6-10 business days).

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE US & CANADA
We offer two carriers for international shipping. Orders may be shipped through UPS Worldwide Saver (within 1-3 business days). Orders may also be shipped USPS (within 6-10 business days).

Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. Please understand we have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Please also note that all items purchased as a "gift" will still state the original cost of the item on all customs forms as we are required to state the value of the gift directly on the package.

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail. This second e-mail will contain information on tracking your shipment as well as notification that your credit card has been charged.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be applied to California residents.

All products at Emma & Avery are selected for their unique style and high quality. We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Gifts may be exchanged only. Preorders may be exchanged only. Sale items are nonrefundable.

To make a return for a full refund, store credit or exchange, complete the return / exchange form that was included with your receipt. Items must be in unused and in original condition and include the original tags including all Enchanted Enfant hangers. Original receipt is also required. We recommend making a copy of the receipt for your personal records. Please contact us via e-mail for a Return Authorization number. Preauthorization is required for all returned items. Returned items will be refused without this number.

If you would like a store credit please include your e-mail address with your return, as this is where your store credit information will be sent. We cannot send store credit information through the postal service. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return and circle the items that you are returning. Without that information and your e-mail address we cannot process your store credit.

We recommend using a shipping method that may be tracked and is insured. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. All return / exchange shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returns and/or exchanges are processed within 14 days of the date we receive the item(s). Please allow transit time when returning items. Credit will be issued to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. A credit or shipment notification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.

We gladly offer gift-wrapping services for a fee of $6.00. Recipients will receive their gift in a tissue lined lovely blue box tied with an accented ribbon. Larger or odd-shaped items do not qualify for gift-wrapping and will be noted in the description of the product. Upon check-out, please select the gift-wrapping option.

A personal hand-written message may be included with your gift-wrapping. Upon check-out, simply type your message in the space provided. The gift receipt will itemize the merchandise, but will not include any prices.
